Jungala Aqua Experience

After years of anticipation surrounding a lazy river in the Riviera Maya resort, in the summer of 2019, Vidanta finally opened the “Jungala Aqua Experience”.  It not only has the longest lazy river in Latin America, it is a full-blown luxury waterpark.  But it’s not your typical waterpark, because as always, Vidanta has gone well beyond the ordinary.  Jungala is more like a lush tropical oasis, full-service luxury pool, day spa, and water park experience all rolled into one!  They’ve reinvented the whole water park experience with Jungala by offering high-end lounging, sumptuous pampering and plenty of amazing attractions, complete with delicious new dining concepts, spa services, and an exciting collection of world class rides.  If you are looking for a VIP experience, you can rent private cabana for the day with personalized service, private pool, champagne, fruit platter, and light snacks. For extra pampering, in-cabana spa treatments are also available.

The kiddos will enjoy lots of exciting state of the art rides and attractions like Aqua Drop, Aqua Loop, Flatline Loop, and Whizzard.  For the little ones, opt for the Kids Waterslide Complex and Aqua Play Rain-Fortress.  With a lower than average guest capacity, Jungala will have no crowds and very few lines.

Jungala also offers delicious on-site dining at One Waves Snack Hall, where you can get fresh salads, mouthwatering burgers, fresh catch of the day fish, beach-inspired tacos, ceviche, and more. Refreshing drinks are also served at Mojito Bendito Bar or Sangria Bar, and if you don’t want to leave the pool, swim up to the Cocoyol Pool Bar.  For your convenience, there’s also a couple of great shops like Bana Cabana Shop or Bohanna Market where you can pick up any items you may have forgotten
