Grand Luxxe Member Benefits

In addition to receiving prompt customer service from knowledgeable members,  the other great reason to book your Grand Luxxe reservation with a member is that you will receive a number of  very valuable benefits and privileges that you either would not get otherwise or you would have to pay for.  If you are a golfer or love massages, you could save thousands of dollars considering one round of golf on the Norman course alone costs over $250!  

Because we are able to reserve a full year in advance, the sooner we receive your request, the more likely we will be able to satisfy it. For peak demand dates such as Christmas and New Years weeks (the 2 highest demand weeks of the entire year), you really need to submit your reservation request 12-13 months in advance in order for us to even have a chance of getting what you want, and even then, we are limited in the number of these weeks we are allowed to book each year. Generally speaking, the reservation window opens up on the 1st of each month for check in dates occurring in the same calendar month of the following year.  For example, the reservation window opens up on December 1, 2020 for all December 2021 reservations. This may seem like overkill, but for Christmas and New Year's reservations, all 3BR and 4BR units, and all Residence units will become completely booked within a couple of hours and the remaining 2BR units will usually be fully booked within a week or 2.  So if you are wanting a larger unit for the holidays, unless we've received your request by the time the reservation window opens on December 1 of the prior year, it's unlikely we would be able to book the exact room and date you want.  Also, during January through March, high demand, limited quantity rooms such as the Punta Presidential Suites and all of the Residence units will also become fully booked as soon as the reservation window opens.  If you are planning a wedding or special event and need a lot of rooms during peak time, be sure let us know at least 12-13 months in advance.   

That being said, because the resorts are at capacity both in terms of rooms and resources during the holidays and have a lot of VIP owners and their families visiting, we would strongly suggest that you book your vacation sometime other than Christmas and New Year's weeks.  You will receive a better room assignment, have less competition at the pools and other amenities, receive better service and have a more enjoyable experience overall.  Our guests have always raved about how wonderful their stay was when traveling the week or two prior to Christmas. 

Because we are viewed as elite members, in Nuevo Vallarta we have access to the VIP Elite Host that is able made advance restaurant, spa and golf reservations.  For a $50 charge, our Host can also assist in shopping for your groceries and delivering them to your room prior to your arrival.   If there are any other special requests you might have before or during your stay, our Host should be able to help.
