When we say that these 1, 2, 3 or 4BR units are “over the top” luxurious, it just seems like an understatement. So, we will just let the photos speak for themselves. These units also distinguish themselves from other Grand Luxxe units in that they all contain additional appliances in your unit that make it much more convenient for larger groups and/or longer stays, such as a conventional oven and dishwasher. The 2BR, 3BR and 4BR units also have a washer/dryer, and wine fridge.
Grand Luxxe Residence Loft Nuevo Vallarta
4BR Grand Luxxe Residence – This residence spans an entire floor front to back for exquisite views and is accessed directly by your private elevator using your ID bracelet! Let’s just say that it was no surprise to us that the 4BR Residence made Thrillist.com’s list of “The 10 Most Absurdly Luxurious Hotel Rooms in The World”. Coffee will be delivered to your residence to fill your coffee pot at the time you wish each morning. You may just decide to live-in for a while and just enjoy the exclusive rooftop pool and hot tub in Nuevo Vallarta with snack, lunch and bar service. But when the urge hits you, feel free to explore all of the pools, restaurants and amenities available to you on the property with your Platinum member privileges. Getting around couldn’t be more convenient since you will be able to call for a chauffeured electric cart (dedicated to serving 4BR Residence guests only) at any time to take you wherever you want to go anywhere in the resort. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds and the other two have two double beds per bedroom. In Nuevo Vallarta, these units are all located in the Grand Luxxe Residence Tower. In Riviera Maya, they are all located on the first floor of Building 4. All bookings for these 4BR Residences will be made through our partnering member.
Grand Luxxe 4BR Residence Nuevo Vallarta
1, 2, and 3BR Grand Luxxe Residence Lofts - These Residence loft units are absolutely gorgeous, have the same décor, furnishings and room amenities (except the private elevator) as the 4BR Residence, only each loft unit occupies two stories. The bedrooms in the 1BR and the 2BR all have a king bed in each one. The 3BR unit has two bedrooms with a king bed in each and two double beds in the third bedroom. The 1BR Residence Lofts can only be found in Nuevo Vallarta on the top floors (8th and 9th) of Tower 5, so if you want to a guaranteed penthouse level 1BR unit with two beautiful stories and spectacular views, this is the perfect choice. The 2BR and 3BR units are located on the third floor of Towers 3 and 4 in Nuevo Vallarta and on the second and third floor of Building 4 in Riviera Maya.
Grand Luxxe 2 and 3BR Residence Loft
1, 2 or 3BR Grand Luxxe Presidential Villas
These beautiful villas are all located solely in the Punta Tower in Nuevo Vallarta, which is the Grand Luxxe building closest to the beach. When you want guaranteed spectacular ocean views and/or the closest proximity to beach, pools and restaurants, this is the ideal room. There is a very limited number of these villas so you will need to contact us 12-13 months in advance to give us the best chance of getting a peak season reservation for these beautiful units. Book the 2BR side and the 1BR side separately, or use them both together as a 3BR unit. There is a vestibule at the 3BR entrance with two more doors, one leading to each side. Each side has a full kitchen so you will have 2 full kitchens when booking the 3BR unit. The 1BR Villa has a king size bed and the 2BR Villa has a king bed in one bedroom and two double beds in the second bedroom. The sprawling terrace with two plunge pools and comfortable furniture wraps around both units.

2 or 3BR Grand Luxxe Spa Suites
The Spa Suites in Nuevo Vallarta are all located on floors 5 and higher of tower 4, therefore, booking a room in this category will guarantee you an upper floor in Nuevo Vallarta. These suites are all about pampering, rest and relaxation. Each spacious 2BR or 3BR suite is richly decorated in calming palates of blues, grays and whites to calm the senses and rejuvenate the body. Spa Suites have one of the sleekest interiors you will find anywhere in Mexico… modern kitchens with granite counters and stainless steel appliances… splendid dual master suites with marble vanities and oversized soaker tubs with air jet technology, sumptuous linens and beds with satin bed pillows, much larger and nicer closets than Grand Luxxe Suites or Villas, and the 3BR unit has the most definitive spa amenity of all, a personal massage cabin in your suite. The 2BR Suite has two king beds and the 3BR Suite has two king beds and the third bedroom has two double beds. The Spa Suites in Riviera Maya are all located in Building 3.
Grand Luxxe 2 and 3BR Spa Suite
1 and 2BR Grand Luxxe Suites and Villas
These were the first Grand Luxxe units to be constructed and are found in the greatest number in both resorts. The Villas are always the corner units of every floor with the Suites sandwiched in between. There is no difference between these two room types except that the second bedroom in the Villa has an additional living room area with couch, TV, and kitchenette, and another small balcony off of this living room. This extra living room has a door on it so many guests like to use it as a separate private bedroom. Both room types can be locked off into two separate 1BR rooms, one side will have the full kitchen living and dining room and the other will be primarily the second bedroom and bathroom, with each side being accessed by a separate entrance to the hallway. The Villas and the Suites in Nuevo Vallarta can be found on every floor of Towers 1 and 2, every floor of Tower 3 except 4th floor and on the first 3 floors of Tower 4. In Riviera Maya, they are located throughout Buildings 1 and 2.
